Pre‑Primary Camp Overview
Where Stories Come to Life for Our Youngest Explorers
Summer camp is right around the corner, and our Pre‑Primary team is ready to welcome your little one into a magical season of learning, discovery, and imagination. Designed for children 18 months to 3 years, our Storybook Land Summer Camp brings beloved tales to life through hands‑on Montessori learning, daily enrichment, and joyful play.
A Summer of Learning Through Storytelling
Each week, campers journey into a new storybook world filled with characters, adventures, and opportunities to learn. While exploring these stories, children continue to build foundational Montessori skills in a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment.
During the daily work cycle, students engage with traditional Montessori materials that support:
- Language Arts: letter sounds, Sandpaper Letters, vocabulary building, early literacy
- Mathematics: counting, sequencing, shapes, sizes, number recognition
- Fine & Gross Motor Development: purposeful movement, coordination, practical life skills
Our approach ensures that learning remains joyful, hands‑on, and tailored to each child’s pace.
Daily Enrichments That Spark Joy
Every day in Storybook Land brings something new to explore. Pre‑Primary campers enjoy a rotating schedule of activities designed to inspire creativity, confidence, and independence:
- Art Enrichments & Daily Crafts
- PE Activities & Movement Games
- Adventure Days
- Water Park Play
- Game Days
And of course, a camp favorite—the ice cream truck visits every Friday.
A Summer Filled With Wonder
Our Pre‑Primary Summer Camp blends the magic of storytelling with the structure and beauty of Montessori education. Each week’s theme introduces new adventures, new materials, and new opportunities for children to grow socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.
Camp is from 8 am – 2:30 pm with before and aftercare available. If you have questions about the academic component of our camp, please stop by the front desk or speak with Ms. Tara.
